The Impact Technology & the Internet has on Consumers
Hello Everyone, my name is Ashyra Bristol and I’m here to talk to you about how consumers use technology and it’s impact on our daily lives. Technology has taken over our daily lives; there are nearly 5 billion active internet users across the globe out of a total world population of 7 billion. When I say technology I mean mobile phones, computers, washing machines, cars & motor bikes, electric tooth brushes, hairdryers and hair straighteners as well as coffee makers and smart alarms. We use technology to advance and enrich our lives because technology and the internet has revolutionised almost everything. Many consumers and households are multi-platform, meaning they have a selection of smart phones, laptops, tablet devices, tv’s, game consoles, security devices and smart speakers.
